These Terms of Service govern all bookings, services, and interactions with Milly’s Magical Parties.

By booking with Milly’s Magical Parties, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are not confirmed until:

• A booking form has been completed

• Required deposit payment has been received

• Written confirmation has been issued by Milly’s Magical Parties

We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

 

2. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Final payment must be completed prior to or on the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.

Where possible, we may attempt to accommodate rescheduling requests, however this is subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional cancellation fees.

4. Travel Fees

Travel fees may apply for locations outside standard service areas, including regional locations or venues exceeding 20km from our operating area.

Any applicable travel fees will be discussed and confirmed prior to booking confirmation.

 

5. Event Supervision

Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising children attending the event at all times.

Milly’s Magical Parties entertainers are not responsible for unsupervised children, behavioural management, or childcare duties.

6. Safety & Venue Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring the event location is safe, suitable, and accessible.

This includes:

• Adequate space for activities

• Safe weather conditions for outdoor events

• Safe electrical access where required

• Appropriate adult supervision

We reserve the right to cease entertainment activities where safety concerns arise.

7. Performer Substitutions

In rare circumstances, Milly’s Magical Parties may need to substitute entertainers or characters due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Where this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement.

 

8. Photos & Marketing

Photos or videos from events may occasionally be shared on our website or social media platforms for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish for images from your event to be used, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milly’s Magical Parties is not liable for:

• Injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during events

• Weather-related interruptions

• Venue-related issues

• Delays caused by traffic, venue access, or circumstances beyond reasonable control

• Loss or damage to personal property

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked services where required by law.

10. Changes to Services

Package inclusions, pricing, characters, and services may be updated or modified at any time without notice.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
